I had a warning notification which required a visit to the dealer for investigation/repair. On completion of the "repair" I collected the vehicle. On my way home the same warning reappeared. The vehicle is now back at Barons for 2 days to repair.
I have answered.
Would have been a five but now charging for pick-up and delivery.
This is now a very organised and efficient service centre. They called several times to inform and check on next steps, had the car ready exactly as promised and were open about pricing. Really like th electronic communications, too.

I believe the issues I flagged up that I had with my car and how it driving were taken seriously and addressed and fixed. It now feels and sounds a lot better, like brand new. I'm very happy with the service at this branch.
An efficient service marred by poor administration
Your staff were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to assist when I wanted to purchase touch up pen. I can not thank say how grateful I was with the gentleman in your parts section who kindly offered to post the pen
I have asked additional instruction when i checked in. But staff didnt take any note on it. And it came out without fixing them, which I asked last year as well. I am so frustrated on it.
Been coming to BMW Kentish town branch for years now and I always have my car's serviced to high standards.
M4 serviced worth £895 luckily through my service pack. Yet when I collected the car I was told to pay £7 for a battery that was changed on the key fob. I was not asked in advance if I wanted it changed. Battery only costs £2. Least BMW could do.

They damaged my bumper and did not get a change to talk to dealer to complain
Something happened at this BMW centre about a year ago. Prior to that the organisation was very chaotic, from the viewpoint of the customer. The experience on my last two visits was completely different, and as it should be. Thank you.
I handed in the car in the morning and got it back as promised at the end of the day. The price was as indicated.
Service on 17th aug, gave the car at 8:30 AM, Picked it post lunch. Car was given back" Not Vaccummed & unwashed" which wasn't expected! On phone was told cleaner leaves at 12 Noon! Had to make another trip&block another Saturday to get it done.
Not very good i don't like surprises. You are supposed to check and complete the work before hand over.
I was disappointed to find there was a scraping noise from a nearside wheel upon taking the car away after a service. I tried to report this to a relevant representative but had to leave it that they would call me back, which they didn't.
Completed punctually, little waiting around.
Repair was done same day, only thing that let them down was when I was phoning towards the end of the day to see if the car would be ready, they said they'd call me back and no one did.
Really good service and very accommodating. Just a very pleasant experience from start to end

Mark Newman, the mechanic, is the only reason I don't give this place 0 stars, he is truly an asset to a place which is fundamentally lacking any decent level of customer service. The service dept are confrontational and rude..
The car is a hybrid. The car was returned without the presets of radio stations, and the battery charge was reduced to 40%. It would have been a good gesture to recharge ( it was 90% on arrival at the garage) and the radio reset.
The servicing work itself is fine. Booking advisor said I could wait whilst work undertaken (1.5 hours), but upon arrival, Barons KT said they would take 3 hours which isn't compatible with waiting, which messed up my diary for the day.
Cleaning of car not great
Every car I have bought from BMW I have always received the first service free. I was very disappointed that with the purchase of my latest car I was not awarded the same bonus of a free first service.the salesperson who dealt with me was very pushy
I'm very almost completely satisfied....Charmaine was fantastic, helpful, very experienced and engaging. She's a keeper.....look after her.
Run smoothly only comment why am I charged to pick up and return my car after many years of this being done complimentary. the guys who picked up my car and returned it upon completion are amazing polite professional and very kind a great asset.
We were really impressed by Simon Wong helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency, and we very much hope to buy our next car with his help!

Whilst the service was, presumably, carried out satisfactorily, I was disappointed that despite making a lot of fuss about washing the car before returning it to me, this was not done which I only noticed on the way home.
2 hour appointment service took 1.5 days service was included in car purchase but there was an inconvenient 3.15£ extra charge for a key battery requiring a credit card sale, I think that it should have been thrown in, with a comment about goodwil
Car went to Barons to replace a broken window, oil/fluid service and SOS system and recall work. The bodyshop (Jose in particular) were excellent. Window fixed in 3 days. Service dep. had the car 5 weeks and did not even call me to give an update.
1. Service/end of warranty check took to long time - 5 days for 3 year old car 2. Answer/explanation for warranty issues was in adequate. 3. I'm using this service station since 1996 and can see how level has declined since Hexagon time.

I was extremely satisfied with Barons BMW and because of my experience there would not hesitate to recommend them.
Dissatisfied because I felt that the charge - some £400 for a service which took very little time - was certainly excessive. Balanced by the good attitude of the staff member I dealt with
On dropping off my car the service consultant didn't introduce herself. Nobody phoned me near the end of day to let me know if or when the car would be ready. I had to phone at 5:40pm to find this out. The car wasn't washed.
The team did my brake pads and service and called me to confirm.
my booking was cancelled the day before it was due - when i rescheduled i was then told they would need the car for 2 days (they didnt tell me this before), it then took 3 days to hear anything from them - very poor service!

They booked me in quickly, no waitlist for weeks like some garages and were expecting me as I drove into the forecourt.
As far as the work on the car goes I am completely satisfied. But it still takes too long to get in and out. Especially getting out. It took 20 minutes between walking in and driving away. It should not take more than 10
Receptionist was not helpful nor nice. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my car
Very expensive & had to wait ages - even just to pick-up the keys. Positively: the car had been cleaned and as far as I could tell the work done on the vehicle was done to a high standard.
